As well as offering reliable and flexible responses to connection enquiries, we ensure that networks remain safe and reliable for our connected customers by maintaining the network equipment and responding to interrupted power supply on time.
As an IDNO, we adopt the electricity infrastructure installed by electricity network construction partners (Independent Connections Providers) who connect new residential, industrial, and commercial developments to the electricity grid.
